Responsibilities

Oversee Jira Align integrations with the Enterprise Insights add-on and Microsoft platforms (including MS Identity Management and Power Platform).

Assist with administration of Jira Align as a core enterprise tool for scaling agile practices.

Collaborate with Humana’s Jira Align team and Atlassian consultants for portfolio onboarding and Jira Align expansion.

Lead training sessions for end users and executives on Jira Align functionalities, tailoring content for specific roles.

Configure Jira Align for SAFe-aligned portfolios, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), roadmaps, dependencies, and metrics.

Develop and curate SAFe-tailored training materials and deliver ongoing support for portfolio users.

Facilitate change management and communication strategies to ensure adoption and smooth transition for portfolios.

Support ongoing process improvements related to Jira Align implementation.

Represent the Agility Enablement Hub Tooling Team in enterprise forums and assist in strategy development.
