Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients, including interior designers, architects, and commercial clients. Identify sales opportunities, respond to inquiries, and develop proposals tailored to client needs.
Provide expert interior design advice to clients, offering product recommendations that align with their style, needs, and sustainability goals. Understand design trends and customer preferences to help clients choose the right furniture pieces for residential and commercial spaces.
Manage client accounts from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high levels of satisfaction via client relation management. Provide continuous support and updates to clients during the design and ordering process.
Track sales leads, progress, and commissions via CRM systems. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and client activity.
Work closely with the Sabai Design team, including customer service, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with marketing on initiatives to attract new B2B and residential customers.
Attend industry events, design conferences, and trade shows to network and build new partnerships.

Required

Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the furniture industry.
Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including interior designers, architects, and commercial clients.
Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets.
Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales leads and performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide expert design consultation and product recommendations.
Strong project management skills to oversee client accounts from consultation to delivery.
Willingness to attend industry events, design conferences, and trade shows for networking.
