Responsibilities
Provides quality assurance reviews of all products to ensure error-free products.
Develops speaking points for executive leadership.
Creates briefing memos and packages.
Supports high-profile meetings and committees for federal customers.
Provides general expertise on various topics in support of Board activities.
Supports the production of reports, including draft outlines, annotations, and relevant graphics.
Assists with technical editing of white papers/reports.
Quality checks, edits, and produces documents to support all aspects of Board work.
Supports stakeholder needs, drafts content, and provides logistics support for meetings and workshops.
Attends meetings, takes notes, and writes summaries.
Drafts various documents like emails, letters, talking points, and memos.
Monitors key engagements, tracks action items, and develops executive summaries.
Facilitates daily executive briefings and consolidates input for division leadership.

Required
US Citizen - must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
Strong time management/organization skills
Experience working with stakeholders
Strong writing and reading skills
Strong attention to detail
Working in groups to complete tasks with a deadline
Bachelors OR MA/MS Degree
3-10 years of experience
