Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be well organized, an effective communicator, and have previous web content management experience.

Additional interest and demonstrated experience in one or more of the following is preferred, but not required: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Analytics & Analysis (GA), Web Development (WordPress), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Education marketing.

Web Management

Updating Content on various CMS platforms

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner

Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency

Monitoring of website activity (goals and KPIs)

Required

3 - 5+ years of web content management experience

2+ years of experience as a mentor, lead, or manager

Technical background, with general knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript

Understanding of standards/policies for web content

Understanding of processes & procedures

Analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work across multiple projects with varying priority

Strong customer service skills
