Responsibilities
Create, manage, harmonize and train global & regional process standards (i.e., OGBRs, Playbooks, tools, templates).
Support global procurement digitization projects by implementing tools and platforms according to the digitization strategy.
Drive regional process changes for the regional procurement.
Support regional external & internal audits.
Lead IT changes and implementation of new software.
Provide training and support for the regional Procurement organization with global & regional standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and or training
3+ years’ work experience in Procurement driving key business processes, relevant supply chain frameworks, process management techniques, and notation standards
Proven know-how about industrial trends including digital technology and latest thinking in SC resilience and risk management, ESG requirements, applied experience in implementing innovative solutions
Preferred
Experience with MedTech/ related industries and/ or leading consulting companies
