Responsibilities

Assist Brokers, Producers and Account Executives in handling day-to-day client servicing & inquiries

Maintain a record of expiration dates on assigned accounts and coordinate with the CAC client team on new/renewal handling

Coordinate the renewal process including obtaining necessary renewal materials, forwarding submission materials to clients, coordinating client submission materials for distribution to insurance carriers/underwriters, and providing support in obtaining insurance carrier quotes and binders

Handle surplus lines due diligence and paperwork for requisite filings, assist in creating client presentations, proposals, and renewal summaries, and binding insurance programs

Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and CAC Specialty colleagues

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
