Responsibilities

Build AI Personas: Develop and maintain AI personas that enhance user interactions and experiences.

Customer Interaction: Understand and implement AI solutions to improve interactions with customers, clients, and patients.

AI Standards: Set patterns and standards for the company on implementing AI across various business processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and user needs.

Innovation: Explore new AI technologies and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.

Quality Assurance: Assist in establishing best practices for AI development, including code reviews, testing protocols, and deployment processes to ensure the reliability and security of AI systems.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Deep Learning and AI Introductory courses.

0-2 years of experience in SWE AI engineering or related fields.

Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

Experience with Front End and Back End SWE development also appreciated.
