Responsibilities

Assist the M&A legal department in managing several concurrent transactions, including two EU-based divestitures (global assets) and an acquisition.

Manage the legal project management duties related to internal business units (internal-facing role, no hiring or external project oversight).

Review and negotiate NDAs, prepare LOIs, and assist with the preparation of VDR (Virtual Data Rooms).

Collaborate with internal functions to build and complete the VDR and support the due diligence process.

Answer questions from bidders and project-manage queries from internal teams.

Assist with the preparation and review of transaction documents, utilizing external counsel where necessary.

Support the internal teams in tracking filing obligations and regulatory filings.

Provide general M&A support, including helping the management team with closing procedures and disclosures.
