Responsibilities
Delivering QuickBooks Training and Consultation: Empower existing clients through personalized training sessions and expert consultation, resolving software glitches and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency.
End-to-End Bookkeeping and Accounting Services: Execute diverse accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and monthly financial closures, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
Financial Operational Support: Perform File Assessments for clients by maintaining accuracy in bank and credit card reconciliations, handling AP and AR transactions accurately, and assist in month-end close preparation.
Secondary Project Management: Collaborate as a secondary project manager on larger initiatives, contributing your expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
Client File Management: Maintain meticulous records in client databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Client Engagement and Acquisition: Proactively schedule appointments with potential clients for training sessions and ongoing services, fostering new opportunities and expanding our client base.
Effective Communication: Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with prospective clients, as well as internal colleagues and managers, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Maintaining High Billable Utilization: Aim to maintain a billable utilization rate of 90% by efficiently allocating your time and resources to client-facing activities.
Timely Hours Logging: Diligently record your work hours in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of billable and non-billable activities.
Time Management and Calendar Maintenance: Effectively manage your work calendar to optimize availability and facilitate company awareness of your schedule.
Autonomous Client Management: Independently oversee client relationships, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness in delivering exceptional service.
Utilization of Technology Tools: Leverage technology tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online, to streamline workflows, automate processes, and optimize efficiency.

Required
Experience with our technology tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online, to streamline workflows, automate processes, and optimize efficiency.
3-5 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of accounting practices and principles
Ability to maintain the assigned bill rate for the position while improving overall client satisfaction and retention of new and existing clients.
Ability to provide QuickBooks, Acumatica, or NetSuite training and consultation while offering bookkeeping and full accounting services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with prospective clients, as well as internal colleagues and managers.
Ability to maintain a billable utilization rate of 90% by efficiently allocating time and resources to client-facing activities.
Diligently record work hours in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of billable and non-billable activities.
