Responsibilities

Be a part of the Operations Strategy team.

Build dashboards and visualizations around Operations processes and metrics.

Create comprehensive financial models and reports to facilitate optimal fulfillment/warehouse performance.

Be the go-to person for data requests in the Ops team.

Conducting ad hoc analyses, creating charts, tables, dashboards, etc to afford visibility into key metrics.

Monitor progress on department KPIs.

Identify patterns and outliers in data, presenting findings to support strategic decision-making.

Conduct regular reviews of existing processes to ensure efficiency and recommend optimizations.

Support the team in creating documentation, SOP’s, code repositories, and updating project management tools.

Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up.

Required

Bachelors Degree. Business Management and/or Supply Chain focus is a plus.

1+ years of experience in an analytical role in Logistics, Operations, Inventory Planning, or similar fields.

Proactive problem-solver and process-improver with a collaborative mindset.

Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.

SQL and Excel mastery.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
