Responsibilities

Partner with operational leaders to determine ongoing reporting requirements

Work with operational and analytic team members to assess the most legitimate sources of report data and the most effective presentation method

Creation of multiple monthly client presentations (PowerPoint)

Work with the operational leaders and the client management team to improve upon current reporting processes

Proactively manage and resolve reporting issues

Perform QA on reporting output to validate period-to-period consistency and identify any anomalies

Coordinate with operational team members to determine the source of reporting anomalies and work proactively with IT to resolve reporting data issues

Other duties as assigned

Hospital revenue cyclePowerPointExcelSQL queriesAnalytic insight

Required

2-3 years of hospital revenue cycle experience

High proficiency with PowerPoint

Intermediate understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup functions

Understanding and ability to write SQL queries

Analytic insight into data and reports

Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Experience with managing leadership expectations when dealing with multiple concurrent high-priority requests

Exceptional time management abilities

Exceptional attention to detail
