Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Assist with the implementation of IT solutions, including cloud services, security measures, and system upgrades.
Participate in client meetings to understand their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Manage small to mid-sized projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor client systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they impact operations.
Document all client interactions, solutions provided, and project details in the company’s CRM and ticketing systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to continually improve the services offered to clients.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear and concise communication.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) space
Must reside in the Denver/Metro area with the ability to work remotely and visit client sites as needed.
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networking, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
Experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring/management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
