Responsibilities

Develop, implement and execute penetration testing strategies and tactics to identify mainly medium, high and critical vulnerabilities.
Perform pentesting of web applications, mobile, internal and external infrastructure, and code review.
Prepare technical and executive reports with sufficient clarity and accuracy for clients and senior management.
Execute verification and validation tests for customer mitigations and fixes.
Develop and deliver walkthrough(s), proof of concepts (PoCs), formal documents and presentations.
Research and Development (R&D)
Participation in CTF.
Attend and/or present at conferences and professional events.
Research new and/or undisclosed vulnerabilities and new detection/exploitation techniques.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
At least one (1) year of experience in penetration testing or cybersecurity roles.
Solid knowledge of penetration testing tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Wireshark, etc.
Familiarity with common operating systems and networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries for various organizational levels.
Experience in creating technical and executive reports, with the ability to interpret and communicate test results effectively to different audiences.
In-depth knowledge of medium, high, and critical security vulnerabilities, and how to mitigate them.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Interest and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
Ability to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate security tasks.
Familiar with conducting security tests on web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of network protocols, security configurations, and common vulnerabilities in operating systems.
Familiarity with core information security principles, including confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Knowledge of standard methodologies such as OWASP, PTES, etc.
Able to analyze complex security problems and develop effective solutions.
Eager to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in cybersecurity.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments for penetration testing and security problem-solving.
Skill in conveying technical findings to non-technical audiences, including writing clear and concise reports.

Preferred

Experience in vulnerability identification and conducting penetration tests is highly preferred.
Possession or pursuit of relevant certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT), or eLearnSecurity Web application Penetration Tester (eWPT) is required.
