Responsibilities
Assist in the management and maintenance of relational databases, including data input, data quality checks, and basic queries.
Help design, develop, and deploy solutions on low-code/no-code platforms to support business operations and increase efficiency.
Utilize Python to develop scripts that automate routine tasks and improve data workflows.
Work with data sets to generate insights and reports, supporting teams in making data-driven decisions.
Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting system and software issues.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on systems, workflows, and procedures to facilitate smooth team operations and knowledge sharing.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1-2 years of relevant experience, including hands-on experience with relational databases, low-code/no-code platforms, and Python scripting
Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) with basic SQL querying skills
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix)
Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation tasks
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team and independently
