Responsibilities

Assist in building, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Support the automation of server provisioning, configuration, and deployment.

Assist in the setup, configuration, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, deployment, and release processes.

Help monitor system health and performance, responding to incidents as needed.

Assist in setting up monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack) and logging to ensure high system availability and performance.

Work with development, QA, and operations teams to understand their workflows and identify areas for automation.

Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and escalate as necessary.

Document processes, tools, and configurations for better knowledge sharing and transparency.

Contribute to process improvements and best practices for DevOps and infrastructure management.
