Responsibilities

Delivering through design collaboration and domain insight, leveraging research from both the customer experience and experience design teams

The ability to develop and hold the user-centered perspective for the domain team through design deliverables

Working autonomously on projects in this remote role while collaborating with fellow designers, producers, product and development teams throughout the development using agile design methods

Ensuring that every project - large or small - starts with user needs, strategy and a well-defined problem to solve

Designing & working with internal analytics partners to track the performance of the team’s solutions and use that data to inform the next iterations.

Package concepts and insights in compelling ways--- storytelling skills a must!

Be highly contextual. Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints

Proactively communicate and conduct presentations with internal stakeholders about user insight recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
