Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining web applications for internal and external use.
Support ongoing development of existing sites using PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and other technologies.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of web applications.
Collaborate with senior developers, project managers, and customers to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Learn and contribute to the design and implementation of new web-based systems based on customer needs.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain & maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
Foundational knowledge of web development concepts and programming.
Proficiency with: PHP 7+ OOP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency with: MySQL or other relational databases.

Preferred

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Exposure to Linux/Apache environments.
Experience with or interest in learning PHP MVC frameworks (e.g., CakePHP).
Understanding of APIs and web service integration.
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux command-line tools.
