Character Creation Mastermind: Design and implement unique and compelling characters for Towers and Titans, breathing life into our ever-expanding hero roster.
Quality Champion: Own the execution of game content, ensuring the highest quality standards from initial concept to final implementation, all within tight deadlines.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with art and production teams, fostering a collaborative environment to bring your design ideas to life.

Required

A burning passion for video games and a love for all things design.
Experience as a Game Designer or a related role (previous classes, prototypes, or personal projects are a plus!).
A strong understanding of RPG, strategy, and hero collection game mechanics.
A proven track record of designing engaging characters with unique and powerful abilities.

Preferred

Experience with scripting or programming languages used in game development.
A proven ability to work on live products with active player communities.
In-depth knowledge of mobile hero collection games like Raid: Shadow Legends or Ark-nights.
A solid grasp of game design theory, feature development, and balancing mechanics across a diverse character pool.
