Responsibilities

IAM Architect: Plan, install, integrate, configure, and automate IAM security controls, ensuring a secure and efficient access environment.

Security Champion: Identify and resolve technical IAM issues, proactively improving our defenses against evolving threats.

Integration Expert: Develop and maintain integrations using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 for seamless user access.

Collaboration Maestro: Partner with IT and product teams to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) and user registration functionalities.

Knowledge Hub: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles for IAM processes.

Problem-Solving Sleuth: Diagnose and resolve Tier 2 and 3 IAM-related issues, identifying causes and implementing effective solutions.

Project Powerhouse: Provide support on access provisioning projects, optimizing current workflows for enhanced efficiency.

Required

An Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the identity and access management space (or) a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Proven experience utilizing Active Directory or other IAM tools.

A strong track record of successfully managing IAM solutions and systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies and best practices.
