Required
Entry-level experience creating designs for characters, environments, or story worlds
Familiarity with translating creative briefs or abstract ideas into sketches, mood boards, or basic illustrations
Exposure to working collaboratively with teams on small projects or assignments in film, animation, video games, or publishing
Basic understanding of storytelling through visual elements like composition, colour theory, and mood-setting
Proficiency with beginner-friendly digital illustration tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or Krita
Ability to create rough sketches and refine them into more polished designs with guidance
Preferred
Exposure to 3D tools like Blender or Maya is a bonus but not required
Strong interest in developing imaginative designs and visual concepts
Willingness to experiment with different styles, from stylized to realistic
