Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement engaging email campaigns and social media content.

Assist in crafting event promotional materials and ensuring brand consistency (signage, banners, booth displays, and promotional giveaways)

Assist in crafting compelling copywriting for marketing materials as needed

Maintain and update CRM database, including distribution lists for community calls and membership communications.

Provide support for AvTechs and regional events, working with the events team to coordinate F&B, AV, floor sets, transportation logistics, registration, and any required marketing materials.

Manage event-related email inboxes, responding to inquiries and organizing communication with partners and attendees.

Assist with on-the-ground logistics at major events like the annual summit, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
