Responsibilities
Conduct market research which may include attending webinars and tradeshows, communicating with customers and partners, as well as learning from publications and reports.
Develop products by understanding underlying problems and creating specifications, mock-ups, and requirement documents.
Collaborate with Engineering teams by communicating requirements, drive progress, and manage product lifecycle activities.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
Produce a variety of customer-facing content such as brochures, tradeshow presentations, training guides and social media videos.
Champion our products by presenting to customers in webinars and events, or training partners and teammates how to effectively demonstrate product values and benefits.
Assist Regulatory with documentation management, quality assurance and understanding global regulatory controls.
Help other departments with data-driven strategies and ideas to achieve department and company goals.

Required
Bachelor's degree in technical or medical fields or comparable experience
At least 1 year of experience working in product-related and/or customer-facing positions: Product Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Support, or Applications/Sales Engineering
Previous success working in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment
A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for delivering excellence in product development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare compelling presentations and successfully position the company’s value proposition
Strong presentation skills and demonstrated effectiveness presenting to key decision makers
Self-motivated individual who thrives on doing a job well and has the initiative and drive to excel
Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport
Strong work ethic with comfort in a dynamic environment where you are expected to move quickly and wear many hats
Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
Strong desire to learn
