Responsibilities
Provide administrative support by managing complex calendars, arranging travel plans, and acting as a liaison between internal and external contacts.
Schedule council and working group in-person meetings, webinars, and teleconferences.
Assist leadership with communications to appropriate stakeholders by collecting and preparing background materials.
Master a suite of tools (Zoom, Adobe Connect, DocuSign) to support remote work and virtual meetings.
Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of high-level events and meetings including logistics, attendee management, and specific requirements.
Prepare summaries, meeting, and briefing materials in a timely manner and upload relevant content to specific portals and websites.
Assist center leadership with HR issues and document completion and review utilizing integrated systems project management and Microsoft SharePoint for document storage.

Required
Experience in project management.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (management or business).
2-4 years’ work experience as a task leader of project manager.
