Responsibilities
Lead and assist in the management of technology projects within Investment Technology, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Candidate should come from a technical background and candidates had a technical background in Java and managed Java projects in recent times.
Maintain and manage project scorecards in Daptiv, ensuring all project metrics are accurately recorded and monitored.
Oversee project budgets and resource allocations, adjusting as necessary to meet project objectives.
Prepare and update slides and presentations for key senior-level meetings, ensuring all data and content are presented clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across investment technology and other departments to ensure project alignment and integration.
Utilize advanced project management skills to address complex problems, guide project scope, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Time Management: Expertise in managing time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Communication: Strong communication skills to clearly convey project goals, updates, and expectations to team members and stakeholders
Problem Solving: Proficient in resolving issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables
Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to new challenges and changes in project scope or direction
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives
Budgeting and Cost Management: Proven ability to manage budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints
Project Management Tools: Strong proficiency in project management software including Daptiv, JIRA, and Asana, to manage tasks, timelines, and collaboration
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment
Strong experience with project management tools such as Daptiv, JIRA or Asana
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage, oversee large budgets, and resource allocations
Proficient in preparing executive-level presentations and reports
Ability to work effectively with senior management and across various departments
A proactive, 'hungry' attitude with a commitment to achieving project goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
