Responsibilities
Serve as the solution architect as part of StratasCorp’s capture and proposal process, developing compelling solutions that meet customer needs
Analyze RFI/RFP requirements, instructions and evaluation criteria and develop input to develop win strategies, teaming agreements and compelling proposal responses
Work with line, corporate and technical leadership to develop thought leadership pieces which highlight proposed solutions, their benefits and customer outcomes
Lead documentation of existing capabilities, methodologies and tools and analyze available technologies
Ability to understand operations management and IT Maintenance processes and provide recommendations for improvement
Demonstrated experience evaluating multiple technology components and designing high level solutions that support operations, management or technical needs
Ability to document technical and operational activities in clear narratives, and ability to compile solution level architecture documents
Demonstrated experience reading RFPs, evaluating requirements, and designing approaches for a response
Demonstrated experience leading the development of technical volumes, past performance write-ups, staffing and management approaches and other proposal components
Ability to evaluate risks associated with delivery approaches and solutions and develop risk response strategies
7-10 years of experience improving technical and operational capabilities with business process re-engineering, new technology architectures, solution development and/or product implementation
2+ years of experience supporting the federal procurement process – developing RFI responses, reading RFPs, leading and/or contributing to proposal volumes
Excellent written communications skills and the ability to develop compelling proposal materials and presentations
