Responsibilities
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony systems
Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving telephony-related issues
Monitor the performance of telephony systems and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with senior telephony administrators on projects and upgrades
Maintain accurate documentation of telephony systems and related processes

Required
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic understanding of Cisco Collaboration Portfolio (e.g., VOIP, UCCX/UCCE, CUCM, JABBER, FINESSE)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Understanding of IVR and Contact Center deployments/integrations
Basic understanding of an Enterprise Fax System (e.g., on-prem/cloud, analog/digital/FOIP)
Familiarity with Call/Screen Recording, Workforce Optimization/Management, and Quality Management systems
Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
