Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Collaborate with the design team to develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure design solutions meet business and user objectives.

Maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and user personas.

Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.

Assist in planning and conducting user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.

Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.

Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.

Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.

Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.

Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
