Responsibilities
Program Development & Management - design, develop, and implement healthcare career pipeline programs targeting K-12 students; create curriculum and extracurricular activities that introduce students to various healthcare careers; manage and oversee all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
Partnership & Collaboration - establish and maintain partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, community groups and other stakeholders; work with educators and industry professionals to align program goals with educational standards and industry needs; facilitate mentorship/internship opportunities for students in collaboration with healthcare partners
Outreach & Recruitment - develop and execute strategies to recruit and engage students from diverse backgrounds into healthcare pipeline programs; organize and conduct informational session, career fairs, workshops for students, educators; promote pipeline programs through various channels, including social media, newsletters and community events
Monitoring & Evaluation - track and analyze program outcomes to assess the effectiveness and impact on students' career interests and academic performance; collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program offerings

Required
Bachelor's Degree is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, education or a related field
Demonstrated understanding of inclusive hiring practices and a commitment to promoting diversity and equity in the workplace
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of K-12 education systems and healthcare career pathways
Preferred
Experience in healthcare education or workforce development is highly desirable
