Responsibilities

Design and develop custom workflows and forms using K2 SmartForms and K2 Five Workflow Designer.

Rewrite and modernize existing K2 SmartForms to conform to the organization’s design system.

Optimize attachment handling processes to improve system performance and usability.

Standardize forms and views to ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability.

Manage and maintain the K2 Management System, ensuring optimal security and performance.

Lead system upgrades, including migrations from K2 blackpearl to K2 Five.

Collaborate with database administrators to design and maintain efficient, scalable data structures.

Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support K2 workflows and forms.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, forms, and database integration.

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users.

Required

5-10 years of experience in K2 development, workflow automation, and database development.

Expertise in K2 SmartForms

Expertise in K2 Five Workflow Designer

Expertise in K2 Management System

Expertise in K2 blackpearl

Expertise in K2 Five upgrades and migrations

Database development (e.g., SQL Server)

Writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.

Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization principles.

Experience with integrating K2 solutions with databases and external systems.

Proven ability to rewrite and standardize forms, ensuring alignment with design systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred

K2 Master Certification or equivalent advanced certification.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud-based deployment and system integration strategies.
