Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with licensee business unit leadership and segmented core retail account leadership within assigned geography
Align sales performance expectations with licensee and core retail account leadership and deliver necessary technical skills, business planning, and tactical execution
Collaborate with retail account leadership to effectively communicate and deliver the value proposition of Corteva Biologicals to meet customer needs and attract new customers
Develop business plans at both the licensee business unit and core retail account levels to meet and exceed assigned region financial goals
Actively gather and communicates market trends, licensee and retail account needs, and product gaps allowing the commercial team to create or modify product offerings and marketing programs
Serve as the voice of customer communicating retail feedback to the commercial team

Required

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in the following areas: Ag Science, Biology, Agronomy, Business/ Economics
Minimum 12-15 years of sales and/or sales leadership experience
Experience managing multi-state sales regions / geographies
Ability to pass a driving record background check
Visa sponsorship and International Relocation are NOT available for this position.

Preferred

Previous sales experience and knowledge of the biologicals market desirable
