Required
5+ years of industrial equipment sales experience with a proven track record.
Ability to operate and demonstrate compact equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.).
Dedication to building lasting relationships at all levels—from service teams to executives.
Self-motivation and organization to excel in a high-travel role (3-4 nights per week on the road).
Preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
