Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key automotive customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Strategic Account Planning: Create and implement comprehensive key account management plans that align with Tek’s objectives and drive revenue growth.
Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new customer acquisitions in the automotive sector.
Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on our solutions, helping customers to understand their benefits and values within their applications and systems.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with extended team, including direct sales, distributor partners, product line, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer engagement with Tek’s solutions and services.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for senior management.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in technical key account management within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive electronics and testing methodologies.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel at least 50% of time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
