Responsibilities
Ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities, whilst deepening existing customer relationships in the Beverage Market.
Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Companyโs current products and services and new product lines and services as they are introduced.
Provide support to the Sales Director to target new customer opportunities.
Support customer technical issues related to capping and ensuring that technical service levels meet customer market expectations.
Ability to meet/ exceed sales goals.
Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products through various sources and establish and maintain worldwide customer relationships.
Ability to learn and expand knowledge across all product lines.

Required
Demonstrated proven record of accomplishment of successfully developing and executing sales strategies.
History of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers that translated into improved financial success and market share growth.
Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience.
Open to travel across the US.
Preferred
A Bachelor Degree in a business-related discipline.
Beverage industry experience.
Preferred background in caps & closures, filling equipment, cartons or rigid plastic blow molded/injection-molded containers.
