Responsibilities
Actively acquire new customers in a defined geographical area by utilizing market intelligence data and own network.
Understands the customer needs in the pharmaceutical and medical device space from a development and serial delivery perspective
Create individual offers based on technical solutions and in close cooperation with the Sales Engineering team.
Commercial negotiate of quotation with the customer
Support the onboarding of new projects into the organization and take on the role of customer manager in the project and act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Expand and maintain business relationships with potential new customers with the aim of sustainable revenue growth.
Gain market knowledge in the relevant market and transfer learnings into the organization.
Develop concepts for strategic customer care and further development.
Translate a sales strategy into a KPI driven action plan and own the execution.
Represent Haselmeier on trade show and scientific events

Required
A business degree or training with corresponding technical understanding.
Knowledge of medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry in the area of drug delivery systems is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
Commercial understanding and sales experience in B2B business.
Strong experience in international business relationships.
Experience in multicultural matrix team structures and should act as a team player with high social competence and empathy.
A self-driven, commercial and solution-oriented mindset will support the success of the candidate.
Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
Proficient experience in the Microsoft suite and feel comfortable using the CRM system salesforce.com
