Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans, set budgets, and build strong customer relationships to drive growth and profitability.
Analyze data to identify opportunities and negotiate profitable deals.
Travel to trade shows, visit clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Deliver presentations, provide training, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Monitor sales performance, assist with stock planning, and share market trends to support sales strategies and ensure product availability.

Required
Proven track record in sales, ideally in the Women's Contemporary Apparel industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with high-profile key accounts such as Bloomingdales, Saks, Intermix, Anthropologie, etc.
Proficiency in sales software such as ERP, JOOR, or NuOrder.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A passion for products and sales, and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
