Responsibilities
Represent Gorgie in the marketplace with passion, enthusiasm, and a positive approachable attitude and demeanor.
Creation, interpretation, and distribution of insightful business reports to create actionable retail initiatives.
Management of the distribution build according to priorities.
Partner with and align company objectives with our broker network.
Assist in creating Gorgie’s retail best practices, such as pricing strategies, promotional cadence, and display and shelf best practices.
Construct annual reviews and joint business plans for assigned retailers.
Lead a team of Area Sales Managers in the territory, including the creation of key retailer initiatives and individual KPIs.
Manage crowd sourced retail audit process and utilization of this data by Sales Team.
Provide regular reporting to the Vice President of Sales as to how assigned accounts are tracking against created initiatives, as well as financial summaries of sales performance.
Create distribution goals across all packages with retailers.
Manage planning and reporting of revenue, trade spending, 3rd party resource planning, package distribution and volume forecasting for Western U.S. retailers.
