Key Account Manager - West Coast (F/M/D)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business plan for the designated Key Accounts including specific strategies and sales goals on an annual basis.
Communicate and work with EagleBurgmann Group headquarters on commercial issues that affect the growth or development of Key Account business in the U.S., while supporting the regional business goals and objectives.
Meet and/or exceed the mutually agreed goals for success on capital projects with Key Accounts.
Coordinate key projects with end user and OEM/Projects sales channels
Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement for assigned accounts.
Act as a liaison between client and EagleBurgmann C level staff.
Prepare estimation with ROI analysis for all critical activities
Perform weekly Key Account sales visits with clear single sales objectives.
Ensure that EagleBurgmann products are listed and ideally preferred or specified in client documentation.
Fulfill the role of a professional sales consultant to existing and new clients
Responsible for sales volume through define key accounts,
Responsible for a geographical region inclusive of the United States.
Potential travel requirements of one to two weeks per month, including some international.

Required
5-7 years’ experience in technical equipment sales, with a proven track record of success in complex sales at HQ/corporate level
Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and the ability to manage complex global Key Accounts.
Strong communication skills
Must be able to work in a team environment and be willing to help out when necessary with key growth initiatives.
Strong project management skills.
Normal lifting and mobility requirements within an office environment.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to travel 50% of time.
Preferred
International sales or relevant international work experience a plus.
Understanding of rotating equipment and/or mechanical seals a plus.
Market knowledge and key client contacts in refining, chemical processing, midstream oil & gas, water, or pulp & paper industries a plus.
