Responsibilities
Own and lead a book of business for some of ISG’s most strategic customers
Act as the internal and external CEO of your business and be able to speak to all of our current and future products
Build and maintain key customer relationships; implement account strategies for expanding customer spend and strategic product implementations
Collaborate with internal Product teams to define business requirements for features & capabilities that enable our customers to recognize value
Enlist the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed to support the sales process
Anticipate, communicate and facilitate new client needs and/or product enhancements that will help both the customer and ISG improve
Oversee key customer moments and ensure expectations are exceeded
Act as the voice of customer and advocate of customer’s use cases, needs, and success stories for the cross-functional ISG team
Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both customers and internal stakeholders

Required
BA/BS degree
8+ years of experience in a similar role selling hardware and software solutions
Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS solutions
Extensive background in key account management, consultancy, or sales
Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
Good at seeking out information and distilling complex information
Strong storytelling skills – you know how to communicate clearly and keep people’s attention
Preferred
Some Healthcare vertical experience is ideal
