Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with McDonald's System
Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client
Develop and execute account plans aligned with McDonald's goals
Identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and competitors
Communicate effectively across the McDonald's System
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
Analyze account performance and make data-driven decisions
Prepare sales forecasts and track progress toward revenue targets
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Required

Proven success in account management sales and generating new business, preferably with McDonald’s and the Restaurant / QSR Channel.
Proven experience and established relationships with McDonald’s Headquarters (MHQ), kitchen equipment supplier Groups (H&K, Franke, KBI), the Co-Op Groups, and Owner/Operators across North America.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Mindset for growth, resilience, adaptability and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some cases).
