Responsibilities
Manage Growing Chain business; set and monitor sales targets, coordinate with National DSD Manager to quarterly/yearly objectives.
Manage P&L
Work in tandem with field personnel; establish customer specific assortment, pricing, promotional strategies, etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and key distributor personnel to identify and address specific needs.
Act as the liaison between customers and internal sales teams ensuring client’s requirements are met.
Identify and attract prospective strategic key account customers.
Ensure brand consistency.
Ability to analyze sales data and suggest new ways to increase sales from new trends happening in the market.
Liaise with sales and marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required.

Required
Proven work experience as a Regional Account Manager (within the Beverage space or Alcohol space is highly preferred)
Solid business acumen in sales and customer service
Experience in negotiating
In-depth understanding of the overall beverage industry
Excellent analytical and organizational skills (Microsoft 365 experience required)
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead presentations, and ability to motivate others outside the organization
Availability to travel
BS Degree Required
