Responsibilities

Manage and plan programs with key customers in the data center markets, including program launches, financial management, and support for key launch team members.

Lead cross-functional teams, interact with various customer functions, and facilitate the APQP process.

Develop timing plans, monitor progress against the plan and original business case, and ensure successful program launches.

Monitor delivery, quality, design changes, supplier changes, pricing adjustments, continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Required

Minimum of an undergraduate college degree, Bachelor of Science Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 7 years’ experience interfacing with major customers, with at least 2 years supervisor/management experience

Working knowledge of quality systems (QS-9000, VDA, or TS 16949 standards) and program launch disciplines required

Requires good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as abilities in team leadership, problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution, and quality planning

Must be skilled in the use of program management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar and Excel
