Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Account Growth:Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products or services to increase revenue from existing accounts.
Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic account plans that align with the company's objectives.
Problem Resolution:Address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Forecasting and Reporting:Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and key metrics for management review.
Contract Renewals:Manage contract renewals and renegotiations with key clients to ensure continued partnership.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns or trends that can benefit key accounts.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
Willingness to travel to meet with key accounts and attend industry events as needed.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs to drive sustained business growth.
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with the industry and market trends to anticipate changes and opportunities.
