Responsibilities

Grow Sales Pipeline
Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client interactions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their needs and objectives Implement strategies to enhance client experience and satisfaction, utilizing NPS as a key metric to measure and improve customer loyalty
Analyze NPS data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client relationships and service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a seamless client experience
Develop and deliver regular reports on NPS scores, trends, and action plans to internal stakeholders and clients
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to client experience, NPS, and key account management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 15 years of related experience required
Proven experience in key account management, client relationship management, and NPS implementation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Certification in NPS or related customer experience metrics is a plus
