Responsibilities
Key Account Onboarding and Management: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding key accounts in both the payment and ISV (SaaS) industries. They will leverage their existing relationships to secure new large-scale projects exceeding US$2,000,000 in annual revenue. Additionally, they will proactively manage ongoing projects of this magnitude to ensure they stay on track, meet deadlines, and achieve desired results.
Relationship Building: The candidate must have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in both the payment and ISV (SaaS) sectors. These relationships should facilitate business growth and foster trust between SUNMI Technology US and key industry players.
Expert Knowledge in Hardware: The successful candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of both payment hardware and hardware solutions tailored for SaaS companies. This includes a comprehensive grasp of the payment hardware landscape, certification process, as well as a deep knowledge of hardware offerings suitable for SaaS providers. They will leverage their expertise to advise and assist clients in selecting the most appropriate payment hardware and hardware solutions that align with their unique requirements and complement their SaaS applications.
Industry Awareness: The candidate should have an excellent grasp of the SaaS provider landscape and understand the major players in the ISV (SaaS) industry. This knowledge will allow them to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay ahead of market trends in both the payment and ISV (SaaS) sectors.
Project Management: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for handling multiple large projects exceeding US$2,000,000 in annual revenue, spanning both the payment and ISV (SaaS) realms. They must demonstrate exceptional project management skills to ensure the successful execution and delivery of these projects. Working closely with internal teams, they will ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the payment industry, working with manufacturer, Processors, ISOs, and Gateways, coupled with significant exposure to the ISV (SaaS) industry.
Proven track record in onboarding and managing large accounts with major companies in the US payment and ISV (SaaS) industries.
Strong understanding of payment hardware, the certification process, and payment application technology, along with a comprehensive knowledge of SaaS solutions in the ISV (SaaS) space.
Familiarity with ISV (SaaS) providers and their role in the industry.
Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple large projects simultaneously in both the payment and ISV (SaaS) domains.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success in both the payment and ISV (SaaS) sectors.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Problem-solving ability and the capability to navigate challenging circumstances effectively.
Preferred
Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required
