Responsibilities

Nurture and support key and contract accounts.

Support both sales and engineering team by preparing/ supporting technical and project quotes, processing orders and coordinating follow ups.

Handling client enquires, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions

Collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Required

Strong communication and organization skills

Prior experience in sales, administration, account management or in a similar role

A customer focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving

Computer literate and a good grasp of CRM systems understanding of Microsoft tools

You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position

Preferred

Previous experience working with specialised industrial products. A Hose and Fittings, Bearings or Power Transmission background is highly desirable

Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Business Network is advantageous but not essential
