Responsibilities

Participate in deep-dive business requirements discovery and design sessions to develop integrations in Kinaxis RapidResponse® integration tool.
Perform integration configuration - mapping, loading, transforming and validating data.
Support data management and integration related activities including validation and testing of the solution.
Mentor and coach Product development and support team.
Work as a senior member of the support critical functions post-production deployment.
Incident Management -Error Monitoring and Triage (internally and externally).
Standard Service Management -Security administration -Application Configuration (WH, users, location, etc.).
Operational Activity Management -Performance Monitoring, Monitoring of Database Connectivity Issues, Data Reprocessing
Knowledge Management, User training and functional support – on user errors to fix the process. Knowledge documentation (KBAs)
Work with Kinaxis teams on handling crucial incidents that impacts Rapid Response production system.
