Responsibilities
Be an expert on the Isla Porter product line and unique AI design process for the internal IP team and Vendor teams.
Collaborate with the factory to facilitate custom requests and finalize orders on behalf of sales team.
For all custom requests, support the kitchen design sales team with kitchen models and renders for client specific projects.
Meet with sales team to help evaluate needs for new client projects. Communicate regularly with Sales on details for custom projects and share feedback received from vendor team to help drive to resolution and close open orders seamlessly.
Technically lead kitchen client orders, which entail, following up with the vendors on timelines, managing the organization of project trackers, preparing, updating and reviewing drawings from vendors for accuracy. Creating Models or elevations for clients on custom projects as needed to communicate details of project. Regularly answering and following up on emails from vendors on questions regarding developments to drive projects to finality.
Lean in on 2020/Skipp to help support sales in adding updates from custom requests to client orders.
Helping with Marketing support on 2020 or Skipp to place orders for Showrooms or Sample needs
Review all Order forms from SASS provider or 2020 for final check on technical accuracy for each sales order.
Prepare all Custom Quote Forms in tandem with the custom drawings on behalf of the sales team for final order process.
Meet with SASS provider to communicate updates to Isla Porter design standards to improve automated order process and modeling accuracy. Follow up weekly to track completion and accuracy of implementations.
Create and share install guides for each customer order and communicate with the designer to confirm accuracy.
Liaise with contractors for install inquires or trouble shooting complicated install issues.
Meet regularly with the Covered Bridge team to learn about new updates in their catalog to access what information should to be communicated to the SAAS provider.
Continuously identify potential new skus or spec book updates to help improve the Isla Porter spec book offering. Share with PD team to help build out requirements needed.
Create resources and SOP’s for Isla Porter to help educate the sales force and design team on the unique features and limitations of the Isla Porter line.

Required
Skilled in space planning and residential construction with an eye for detail.
Skilled with organizing and maintaining large complex system focused product lines.
Background in collaborating with architects, designers, and general contractors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Comfortable and able to thrive in a fast paced and remote first environment.
Driven to enhance systems to create improvements in product lines and internal processes.
Preferred
Preferred proficiency in AutoCad, Design2020, and Rhino or similar modeling software.
Additional experience in Chief Architect, SketchUp, ProKitchen, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Additional experience in Monday, Miro, and CRM tools are advantageous.
