Responsibilities
Fully manage email marketing for DTC brands on the Klaviyo platform, including email copy, graphic design, slicing, and scheduling.
Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar for brands, planned 6 weeks in advance.
Lead email strategy and creative direction, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Create detailed email briefs, including copy, assets, and creative direction.
Schedule and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes.
Build and optimize segmentation in Klaviyo to enhance email deliverability and open rates.
Develop and refine email flows to improve customer engagement.
Provide actionable insights from campaign performance analysis to enhance future email marketing efforts.
Collaborate closely with the Evestar email team to manage deliverables and timelines.
Conduct weekly client calls to discuss email performance and strategies—this role is client-facing.

Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in email marketing management using Klaviyo.
At least 2+ years of experience with graphic design or content creation platforms such as Canva.
Demonstrated ability to recognize and apply aesthetic and creative direction, ensuring email designs are on brand.
Strong proficiency in writing compelling email copy.
Project management experience using tools such as Monday or Jira.
Must be Klaviyo Certified.
Preferred
Experience in branding is a plus.
