Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of KM Strategy and advisory engagements to enable knowledge management adoption for clients
Lead project facilitation and stakeholder engagement models to help clients shape the vision and strategy for successful KM programs/initiatives
Work with cross-functional teams to develop KM milestones and deliverables - leveraging agile methodologies and approaches to define and lead KM project work streams that align with strategic vision and guide the iterative delivery of KM projects
Collaborate with leadership to develop internal practices, teams, and strategic initiatives to support growth activities
Develop presentations, proposals, demos, and other client-facing materials
Actively engaging as a thought leader in Knowledge Management through social media and marketing efforts
Progress in your mastery of core consulting skills and KM skills

Required
At least 5+ years of consulting experience in knowledge management consulting, data & information management, and business analysis
Ability to understand and analyze business requirements to translate them into KM solution designs and implementation roadmaps
Experience interfacing with executives and presenting to senior-level staff
Familiarity with content management, information management, information systems, data management, or related discipline(s)
Preferred
Facilitation and Design thinking experience / certification
Change management and communications experience
Experience with strategic planning and business development in the management consulting industry
Previous experience with Knowledge Management, Content Management, and Strategy
Experience working with project management and collaboration systems such as Trello, JIRA, MS Suite, etc.
