Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and positive patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.
Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established turnaround times.
Interacts with lab, clinical, and other ancillary departments.

Required
High School Diploma or GED
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Phlebotomy certification
Preferred
Performing non-blood and blood specimen collection
Specimen handling/routine processing
Clerical duties associated with specimen collection
